Having had both my parents die from lifestyle choice diseases, I am hyper aware of my health. 10 years ago my health started a slow and steady decline resulting is weight gain, joint pain, brain fog and massive food sensitivities. That was until I met with Dr. Cole and his team. Dr. Cole and his amazing staff have helped me start back onto the road of “normal”. Before starting Dr. Cole’s program, I had serious concerns about seeing my children grow to adulthood.
