Rachel is a cookbook author of, Just the Good Stuff, recipe developer, food stylist, podcast host and an avid fan of all things peanut butter and banana bread related.Rachel focuses on creating recipes made with wholesome and real ingredients - you know, just the good stuff. She develops recipes that are meant to nourish both the body and soul, because no one should sacrifice flavor just to feel “healthy”.
