Emma Lovewell is a Martha's Vineyard raised, New York based health & wellness expert and fitness professional with 10+ years of experience. Lovewell has been a top instructor at Peloton for five years and is currently a Senior Instructor teaching cycling, dance, and strength classes to millions internationally. She is a former multi-sport athlete, a sponsored Under Armour ambassador, and an advocate of accessible holistic living. Lovewell is the founder of Live Learn Lovewell, a site devoted to cultivating an authentic well-balanced life through healthy eating and an active lifestyle. Lovewell is the author of Live Learn Love Well: Lessons From A Life of Progress Not Perfection, a memoir chronically her incredible path to physical - and mental - fitness that traces her journey to becoming a beloved Peloton instructor and inspires readers to live, learn, and love well.
