In this episode, I am joined by author, founder of the lifestyle site Live, Learn, Lovewell, and senior Peloton instructor, Emma Lovewell. From how she got her start with Peloton to where she is now, Emma shows us how we can harness our passions and failures to propel us forward to where we are supposed to be. We also get a behind-the-scenes look at what it is like being a fitness instructor and how growing up Asian American shaped her views on health and representation in wellness. From her gardening pro-tips (and how it has similar parallels to pruning your life) and what it means to embrace a JOMO lifestyle, this episode will give you a new perspective on embracing change and evolution in your health and life.
Emma Lovewell is a Martha's Vineyard raised, New York based health & wellness expert and fitness professional with 10+ years of experience. Lovewell has been a top instructor at Peloton for five years and is currently a Senior Instructor teaching cycling, dance, and strength classes to millions internationally. She is a former multi-sport athlete, a sponsored Under Armour ambassador, and an advocate of accessible holistic living. Lovewell is the founder of Live Learn Lovewell, a site devoted to cultivating an authentic well-balanced life through healthy eating and an active lifestyle.
