Dr. Robert Whitfield is a distinguished, board-certified plastic surgeon with over 25 years of experience, specializing in microsurgery, oncology, and breast implant removal surgery. Born in Las Vegas, he earned his medical degree from the University of Las Vegas School of Medicine, followed by surgical training and a plastic surgery residency at Indiana University Medical Center. After a microsurgery fellowship in Nevada, he practiced and taught at the Medical College of Wisconsin for seven years. In 2012, he relocated to Austin, gaining renown for his cosmetic expertise and pioneering the Strategic Holistic Accelerated Recovery Program (SHARP). SHARP addresses systemic inflammation and promotes recovery through genetic evaluations, personalized treatment plans, functional testing, and healing modalities like lymphatic massage, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), and Red Light Therapy.
