In this episode, I am joined by IFMCP and AG1's Chief Science and Nutrition Officer, Dr. Ralph Esposito. Dr. Esposito is a naturopathic physician focused on optimizing healthspan and lifespan through preventive and lifestyle modalities. He takes a personalized approach to preventive medicine by using evidence-lead tactics to teach people how to perform and feel their best while reducing the risk for chronic disease. He holds a clinical Masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and is a certified Functional Medicine doctor (IFMCP). He completed his training as a medical intern at NYU Urology and recently completed his tenure with Dr. Peter Attia, a medical practice focused on longevity. Outside of his practice, Dr. Esposito is active in the health and education sectors, where he is an Adjunct Professor at New York University in the Nutrition and Dietetics program and serves as Chief Science & Nutrition Officer at Athletic Greens.
