In this episode I am joined by modern Feng Shui master and founder of The School of Intention, Dana Claudat. Being faced with her own health problems, Dana turned to the principles of Feng Shui and its roots in Chinese Medicine to rebuild her health. By learning how our health is impacted by our daily environments - both physically and energetically - we can make shifts to reclaim our energy and vitality. From the best ways to detox our homes through practices like smudging, crystals, and aromatherapy to optimizing our space for better sleep and enhanced focus and joy, this episode is a deep dive into how these ancient practices can reconnect us to our daily surroundings.

Dana Claudat is a modern Feng Shui Master and Founder of The School of Intention- a School and a Method of Feng Shui based on Infinite Possibility, Creative Awakening and Intention. After studying Art History at Stanford and working in the Arts, Dana found her way to Feng Shui, practicing for the last 18 years. It's become a full-time immersive passion to continue to evolve the Feng Shui Practice with an amazing online community, Students and Clients around the world.
