Hydrating Mason Jar Mocktail For Glowing Skin & Calm Mind

In a day and age where “pre-workout” caffeine megadoses and sugary sports drinks are commonplace, I opt to make my hydrating mason jar pre-workout mocktail a mainstay in my exercise routine. It’s full of muscle-building, vitality-supportive compounds that make up a daily elixir perfect for the hot, active days of summer.

It’s a simple blend with a long list of benefits. Simple grab a LARGE mason jar (if you don’t have a large mason jar, you can use a small one and cut the ingredients in half)  and add:

  • Water - The base of all this hydrating goodness! Make sure you’re drinking filtered water to get the best health kick.
  • Ice (to taste) - Ditto on the water advice!
  • A citrus garnish - Add a slice or two of an organic lime or lemon.. you can even get creative with some frozen berries or sliced cucumber.
  • 1 scoop Holi Maine
  • 1 scoop Holi Radiance
  • 1 scoop Magnesium* (electrolyte bonus)
  • 1  scoop Chill* 
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan or Celtic sea salt (for added electrolytes)

*The Magnesium and Chill come in plain and flavored -  if you want to flavor it up! 

My favorite is the plain Chill and the lemon-lime Magnesium for my mocktail. Just a reminder, you don’t have to drink this just around workouts, it can be sipped all day for daily wellness and beauty support.  Many of our telehealth patients do this in the evening as a relaxing ritual so make it your own!

Despite knowing and being reminded it’s essential for us in plentiful amounts, many of us don’t drink enough water.
