Dr. Cole’s Autoimmune Health Reset Program (AHR) is wonderful! I’ve been searching for answers concerning my health for several years and was not getting clear answers or directions. That changed the very first week within this program! Throughout the entire 16 weeks of this program, I have felt heard, supported, and encouraged.

Within the program there are weekly Q&A calls, countless resources, and a Facebook Group that is monitored daily by the health coaches and Dr. Cole. Every question or concern that I had was promptly answered. The level of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care that Dr. Cole and his team bring to every interaction is incredible.

I am now at the end of the program and I have seen notable improvements in my health. I plan to take all that I have learned to continue to uplevel my health. I can’t recommend Dr. Cole and his team highly enough!
