In one statement, I can say that the AHR program is life-changing! I started experiencing symptoms over 20 years ago—joint pain, fatigue, brain fog, stomach bloating, and a multitude of other symptoms that would come and go. I spent 10 years going to doctors and undergoing numerous tests that never led to a diagnosis. When I finally received a diagnosis of an autoimmune disease, my only option was medications that came with a host of side effects.

I began to research alternatives and decided to manage my symptoms with lifestyle changes. I spent years researching and figuring things out on my own. About five years ago, I settled on a very small list of foods (10-15) and ate the same thing every day. I followed an extremely low-fat diet with high protein and higher carbs, thinking this made me feel the best. If I ate out at a restaurant, I would only eat a plain baked potato with salt. However, I still experienced brain fog, fatigue, and stomach bloating regularly and was consuming at least seven cups of coffee and a slow-release caffeine pill to make it through the day.

Enter the AHR program—I suddenly had a doctor, health coach, and team to guide and direct me. I also had a huge amount of resources on their app. All I had to do was listen to them, embrace the program, and trust the process. It was so nice to have help. In this four-month program, I have enjoyed so much success. I no longer need all that coffee; my body has energy, and my brain is clear. My skin is glowing, and most all of my symptoms are gone. The variety of foods I can safely eat is massive, and I am enjoying the taste of good food again. My triglycerides dropped 40 points, and my HDL (good cholesterol) went up 60 points. I realized that limiting my food was not the best idea for my body. If you are struggling on your own to figure out why you feel terrible all the time, I highly recommend the AHR program.
