For the first time in 30 years of struggling with IBS-D, histamine intolerance, and mast cell issues the AHR program is what I needed and had been looking for. Finally, I was in the right place and being advised by the right team. I have looked far and wide and tried so many different doctors and strategies, it was difficult and discouraging.

The knowledge I have gained about all the things that go in and on my body is truly astounding. I am experiencing new foods, made in new ways and I have a new appreciation for “good” food. This team provides resources for so MANY things, from skin care, cleaning products, recipes, and self-care, of course. There are weekly calls that are VERY informative. I found Dr. Cole’s knowledge to be endless.
