Our Current Healthy Obsessions: Workout Products
Working out is an important part of a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. While each individual has their own preferences and tolerances for working out, getting your body moving in any way has been shown to help your health in many areas including boosting your feel-good neurotransmitters, aiding in cardiovascular health, and increasing fat burning and metabolism – just to name a few. As a clinic we are committed to making exercise a priority even with our busy schedules. These are some of our favorite tools for making working out easier and more fun!
Andrea Cogley – Yoga Mat
With my work schedule some days it’s really hard to get to a gym so I practice a lot of yoga at home. This not only helps me build muscle, but also relaxes me after a busy day. I love this mat as it is easy to store and travel with!
Janice Dietrich – Stretching Strap
After years of cheerleading, I have fallen in love with the art of stretching and the refreshing feeling that comes with it. Whether it’s first thing in the morning, right before bed, or after a workout; it relaxes my muscles and helps reduce any pain. I love using a stretching strap because it’s an easy way to push myself a little farther than I could on my own and I can use it in the comfort of my own home.
Emily Miller – Foam Roller
My kind of working out is going for a run outside down at the trails by our house! One of the best investments I ever made was this foam roller to use after my runs! It’s a perfect cool down that helps relieve muscle soreness.

Working out for me is very important. With my schedule always being busy I need a quick and easy system to get my work outs in and Tribe’s premium resistance bands set is exactly that for me. They come with a bag which makes them so easy to take anywhere with me. I love that I can easily switch the pounds out to my comfort and can do tons of different work outs with them at home without having to be at a gym.

If I am being honest, working out isn’t my favorite but I know how important it is for my health and how much better I feel afterwards. Adding in this resistance pilates ring to my routine pushes my regular exercises to another level, giving me maximum results without more time spent working out.
