I have been struggling with RA for awhile now. My goal has been to be drug free. I actually went almost a year without taking any drugs and then the flares came back full force. I wanted to take the time to say thank you to my health coach Esther and Dr. Will Cole. I was battling some swollen lymph nodes in my neck for about 5 months before I found Dr. Cole’s program. I tried medication treatments from my doctor and ran through many tests, and everything came back fine. However, I knew that I wasn’t ok, they were still swollen and sore. I knew that there was an underlying infection somewhere in my body that kept them from healing.

After going through Dr. Will Cole’s program for four months, I am happy to say that I was able to reduce the swelling and soreness by 90% to date. This is a huge win and I am beyond excited about it. Dr. Will Cole has changed my life! I have worked with Dr. Cole and his team since April of 2023 and it has been such a wonderful experience so far. I found Dr. Cole on Instagram after frantically researching mold toxicity once I’d come to the conclusion that was my issue. He and his team are very knowledgeable, a bit pricey though. I am thankful for all of the other valuable resources Dr. Cole provides such as his podcast “The Art of Being Well”, and the multiple books he has written. His book, “The Inflammation Spectrum” is a must read for anyone seeking care with Dr. Cole.

I’d read another review that said, “It comes down to taking ownership and responsibility for your own health” and for me, this is what it came down to. If you can afford to make the investment, I say go for it. You won’t find a better group of caring and compassionate people to help you! But for me, help seemed just out of my reach leaving me feeling frustrated and alone with my condition.

At this time I’m going to work on my supplement protocol and do some follow up appointments and see where that gets me. So far my experience has been positive and I’m excited to start feeling better!

For at least 30 years of my life I was struggling with digestive issues, literally as soon as I ate anything I would have symptoms of bloating and indigestion. Suddenly in the last year I had dermatitis all over my eyes, itching, burning eyes, and I had no idea what was causing it. I started seeing a local functional medicine doctor and ran a bunch of labs to try to understand what was causing the dermatitis on my eyes. I had access to a platform where I could ask questions and get very quick answers, not only from my personally assigned coach, but all of the knowledgeable health coaches.

Transformation, for me, started within the first few weeks. The dermatitis on my eyes started to disappear, my energy levels increased, I started to exercise again, I got answers to my questions often within hours, and week by week, I was learning more about my body and how to address the underlying causes of inflammation. After a 4 month autoimmune protocol I can honestly say this was the best investment of my life! If you’re tired of feeling sick and tired, tired of not having answers when you know something is going on in your body, I highly recommend AHR. Healing is a journey, often non-linear, you’ll have ups and downs, but you’ll get the support needed to guide you each step of your journey to optimal health and living a better life. I came into Dr. Cole’s Autoimmune Health Reset program really not knowing what was wrong with me. I have had chronic hives for a year and that is essentially what brought me to the program. Once I started the program, I was told I had Mast Cell Activation Syndrome/Histamine Intolerance. I would have never guessed that histamines were the reason for my hives. The program has taught me so much! I now know what essentially is going on with my body, the root causes (GUT!) and how to manage and heal. I know it is going to be a long road, but I feel more confident with the support from Dr. Cole and his Team. All the health coaches are very supportive and Dr. Cole’s weekly question and answer Zoom sessions are very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is them having a health coach that works Friday through Sunday, so all days are covered in answering questions and giving advise/support. All the tools and resources I learned, I now have in my toolbox and I am very grateful for the experience.
