 Just absolutely amazing group to work with. I’ve been suffering from fatigue and depression, for most of my adult life. I worked with Dr. Cole’s team after years of chronic health issues. It is expensive, but they make it very clear up front before you even schedule the total cost. The cost of this care is on par with similar practices. Dr. Cole and Team are producing an abundance of free information that can really help educate someone struggling with life altering symptoms – the podcast The Art of Being Well and the four books in print. I found it to be a great supplement to care. Dr. Cole and Emily seem to have a great breadth of knowledge on a vast majority of health topics. The volume of testing and individualized treatment is unparalleled. This is information you can use for the entirety of your life.

I have struggled with my health since I was a kid diagnosed with familial hypercholestremia. Adulthood didn’t get any easier with thyroid problems and the overall feeling that something else just wasn’t “right”. People don’t take you seriously when you believe something isn’t well if you appear to be fine on the outside. Doing all the lab work necessary to meet with Dr. Cole is a lot and it’s expensive, but it’s also extremely thorough and necessary to get to the root cause. I’m grateful for the one-on-one time that I had with Dr. Cole because he is incredibly gifted and intelligent. He is a master at understanding how the different systems of the body work together and affect your overall health. First and foremost though, no one knows more about your body than your own intuition. Listen to your gut regardless of what anyone else tells you. Always advocate for your highest good and potential.
