I am 68 years old and I was diagnosed with type type 2 diabetes 6 years ago. I was on diabetes medicine and my A1C was at 9. I have been a patient of Dr. Cole for the past six months and my A1C is now between 5.3 to 5.5 (Normal range for non Diabetics) and I no longer take diabetes medicine.
