Our articles often feature research on different herbs. You can further educate yourself by digging into the hyperlinks included in our articles.
Where are your ingredients sourced?
We source our ingredients from whatever supplier has the highest quality material. We look for the best raw ingredients based on the latest research and purity available.
Are all the ingredients listed on the label?
Yes, we believe knowledge is power and strive to be as transparent as possible by including all ingredients on the label.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST with a lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.
Do your supplements contain any common allergens?
None of our supplements contain wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, dairy, or soy. They are also free from artificial sweeteners, colors, and preservatives.
Do your supplements contain fillers?
In a few cases where fillers are used we use vegetable based cellulose to fill a capsule that has a small amount of active ingredients.
What are the capsules made of?
We use vegetable capsules made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, a cellulose compound derived from wood pulp.
Are your supplements kosher?
Our supplements are not certified kosher but fit the criteria.
Should I take my supplements with or without food?
If there is a definitive science-based reason to take a supplement with or without food it will be noted on the label. However, any further questions regarding supplements and your specific health case can be discussed with you doctor.
Are there any known drug-nutrient interactions with any of the supplements?
With any medication there is the possibility for unknown and known interactions with dietary supplements. These can include enhancing the medication’s actions – thus, increasing toxicity risk, reducing the medication’s effectiveness, or certain medication’s can increase the need for supplementation through depleting the body of nutrients. If you are taking prescription medication it is very important to work with your healthcare practitioner before adding in any additional supplements to avoid the risk of any potential interactions.
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the United States. We currently do not ship internationally but hope to do so in the future.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is applied to orders of $250 or more.
How are shipping costs determined?
They are determined by USPS shipping rates based off of weight and zip code.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Orders are processed between 1-4 business days followed by ground shipping time which can take between 5-7 business days depending on where you are located. Orders made after 6:00 pm EST on Thursday and the remainder of the weekend will be processed between 1-4 business days from that following Monday. Orders are not shipped during the weekends or on holidays.
Will I be notified when my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and again when your order is shipped along with a tracking number.
What should I do if I do not receive a shipping notification?
If you haven’t received a shipping notification within 4 business days please email us at email@example.com.
Do you have same day or overnight delivery?
Currently we do not offer same day, overnight, or other delivery options other than ground shipping.
Do you require signatures upon receipt?
We do not require signatures upon receipt. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What should I do if my order is damaged?
We are not responsible for damaged packages. You will need to call your post office about damage to your package.

What should I do if my order is wrong when I receive it?
If that happens, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason. Exchanges can be made if a mistake happened on our end and you received a different supplement other than what you originally ordered. No returns, refunds, or exchanges can be made on video courses.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
In order to provide the quickest turnaround possible, we are unable to change orders once they have been made.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all types of major credit cards.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order is placed.
What happens if my payment is declined?
You will need to contact your bank and they can help identify the issue.

You can only redeem one discount code per order.

No, these products are only available via our website and reselling them is in violation of our terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions:
Dr. Will Cole stands behind his products and hopes that you are more than satisfied with your selections. At this time we are unable to process returns for any other reason besides a processing mistake on our end and you end up receiving a supplement that was different than your original order. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for video courses. However, in order to make your future experience better, please email any concerns or complaints to email@example.com so we can do our best to rectify the situation or improve your experience.
It is our pleasure to offer special discount promotions for our supplements and video courses. We cannot extend online promotions beyond the advertised promotional period.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We always work to provide you with each supplement as advertised on our online store. However, if the rare situation occurs that a supplement is on backorder due to high demand we will contact you by email to notify you of the delay. If only part of your order is backordered we will still ship you the remainder of your order on schedule and ship the backordered supplement free of charge once it is available.
RESALE OF ITEMS
In no circumstance can you resell or re-label to resell our products online, person-to-person, or in a retail shop.
