- 2/3 cup kefir
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 3 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1 tbsp. raw organic honey
- 1 tbsp. maca powder
- 4-6 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients, blend, and enjoy!
