While it’s sometimes necessary to unplug for a little while, we can’t deny the benefits of these technological advancements. From meditation apps to improve our mental health to tools to track our metabolism, there are so many ways we can use technology to our advantage. These are some of my functional medicine team's favorite tech products that have made the biggest change in our wellness game.
