Inflammation can often be an underlying contributor to many of today’s modern health problems and can exist on a spectrum: from mild symptoms like weight gain on one end and chronic health problems like autoimmune disease on the other. This inflammation spectrum is the subject of my new book, The Inflammation Spectrum which is currently on pre-order for release on October 15th! What triggers inflammation in one person may be different for another, but one thing is for sure, it is extremely important to start lowering inflammation if optimal health is your goal. These are some of our favorite products that help support healthy inflammation levels.
Inflammation manifests itself in my body with severe brain fog and depleted energy levels. Whenever I feel a little more inflamed than normal I immediately turn to bone broth. I see almost instant results and feel ten times better after just one day of drinking bone broth. Although it’s easy to make, I often like to purchase it pre-made for the convenience of not having to make multiple days worth. Bare Bones Broth is great since I am confident in their quality and it tastes amazing!
I love to workout but it can leave my muscles really inflamed afterwards. This natural sports gel is made up of various essential oils including lavender, peppermint, and sage that work to help decrease inflammation without any unnecessary ingredients. And it smells amazing!
A good cup of tea is one of my favorite things to sip on during my work day. I love VitaCup’s Genius Tea blend as it combines anti-inflammatory spices like turmeric with MCT powder that not only helps fight inflammation but is also powerful brain fuel to keep me alert and focused while I work.
I love using infrared saunas, but they take up a lot of space in my home. Sunlighten’s Solo System is the perfect solution for me to unwind and detox at the end of the day and allows me to move it out of the way in just a few minutes when I’m done!
I love coffee but I haven’t made the leap yet to a completely black cup of coffee and still require some sort of creamer in my morning cup. Laird’s Turmeric Superfood Creamer is amazing since it is made with anti-inflammatory healthy fats from MCT oil and turmeric. I also love the fact that it comes in a powder so it’s shelf stable and easy to travel with.
